How do I return an item?

If it doesn't fit in your living room, send it back.  If it doesn't fit on the hill, it's yours.  We want you to be set up correctly.  If you do have an Item you'd like to return, please contact us.  We'll be glad to help.  Please note that with our free shipping policy, original shipping charges will be subtracted from money refunded for new product.
